hey, y'no how comcast's cheap 42.50 internet is supposed to get you like 12mbps for bursts, and 8mbps sustained? and like 384kbps upload? well I'm getting 27Mbps burst and 19mbps sustained for downstream and 1.5mbps upload! (according to speakeasy's speed test http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/) can someone explain this odd occurrence to me?

maybe a mistake on their part...

when i got my cable tv set up (time warner) the lady was like... well hell, your connection wasn't even blocked, you could have been watching tv all this time for free !

i have the 7mbps and its usually fine but sometimes it goes semi-down and my upload speed disappears which makes everything go extremely slow.
