Motherboard with PCI and serial

Hello,
I am trying to replace a 2004 Dell that automates a complicated physics experiment. I have 3 PCI (not PCI-express) cards and two serial connections, all of which are significantly more expensive than any computer I might build. I want a modern motherboard with 3 PCI slots and serial headers (wiring up a connector is not a problem). Any suggestions?

Since you're posting on the Win2000 forum you MIGHT run into an issue with finding actual Win2000 drivers for a modern board.
