How do I upgrade to windows 7 Ultimate from 2000 professional?

There is no direct upgrade path from 2000 to 7. You'll need to go buy a copy of 7 and install it.

And you will probably need a new computer too. It's not likely whatever you have running 2000 will be suitable for Win7.
