When I open a folder that I have saved on the desktop (or click Start=> My Computer), it always opens in list view.
I had to click on "Folder" icon to change this to allow me to view folders on the LHS. This is Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Version (which is used by the VPS, not on my PC). I can also click "View=>Explorer Bar=>Folder". I cant seem to be able to change this behaviour to automatically change to Folder view.
NOTE: I DONT want to change the properties of the folders, eg, which file types can be viewed, whether to open a folder in new windows, tab etc
When I open a folder, it should have a folder list on LHS and all my folders/files etc on RHS. Now it only has all my files/folders in 1 panel, (detail list)
