Two OS choices but only one OS installed

This might not be the right place for this but nevertheless it's the best fit I can find for it.
Just the other day I formatted my system drive and reinstalled windows. It was a full format I did and there is no other operating system on any of my other drives, only this one. Everything went well and Xp installed fine except now when my computer boots up it comes to a choice where I have to choose between two windows XP installations even though there is only the one.

Anyone can help me figure this one out? How do I sort this?

Some info of the old boot is still in the boot.ini file.
