I've been having a hard time getting Outlook Express Spell Checker to work under Win XP64 and I found a solution.
I have a partition that boots in Standard Win XP 32 and I use the Outlook Express from that partition. I had to change my icons to run the applications from there.
Even though I have Outlook Express in both my 64 bit "Program Files" and "Program Files x86" neither one will work. Simply linking to the 32 bit partition seems to do the trick. I hope this helps anyone that might run int other same issues.
