Looks like your in NJ.
I use to have a lot of friends on Manhattan or is it Long Island(are they the same thing?).
Who would often have horrible issues connecting and it was just their isp which screwed up very often.

What is your ping IN GAME?

is it constant 150+, is it spiking?

WoW uses AT&T servers which occasionally have lag issues near the server end.

This proves how bad ATNT's network is. I live on Long Island and use Cablevision as my ISP. I've never needed more than 16 hops to get anywhere.

It looks to me like its the network. Not much you can do on your end, i'm afraid.
