just kidding. it is older but it is a 3.0 ghz Northwood with a 5200 2 cd/dvd drives 1 HDD and a sound card. also looking into getting a centurion 5 case to improve cooling in the pc. o yes the symptons are instability and greatly flutuating voltages.
readings are from speedfan. PS is a allied so probably junk
2.5V rail: 1.49V
Vcore is 1.47V
3.3 is steady at 3.33 for what i have seen
5 V: 5.23V
12V: 12.06V
