Windows 2000 Server hangs when trying to log in.

Hello, my old server, netfinity 5500, hangs when trying to log into desktop. When i boot it up, it just gives me the timer and will not let me press the Ctrl Alt Del to log in. I have tryed the recovery console and Last known good and safe mode, none work. The keyboard works fine. It work just earlier. When I booted it down it said something about a driver change or something.

Reinstall Windows 2000.
