Well I don't know your real budget or what the connectors for your lcd are but the only way I've done anything in perfect sync is with multicasting and video lan player. This would require a main media server computer and two client computers that would need to supply the signal to the lcds. I tried it with a super g 108 mbps network and was getting stutters with music but I am going to trying connecting the master to the router by wire to straighten it out. In order to get perfect sync you need the signal to be broadcast recieved and displayed all within 50 milliseconds of eachother and you can't use buffers since any buffer would result in them being off. As for video I have hard of it being done with wired connections but not wireless.
