Does anyone know what is ls -alF batmand?It is a command line?what does it means?Really hope yr all will help me.Thanks.

ls is the command known as list. It lists the contents of the directory. It is a command line entered command.

The options -alF is to list (a) all files (l) long format [more information on each file] and (F) appends some symbols to the end of the directories and is more of a personal prefrence to displaying the output rather than a filter.

batmand is a filename that your want to see the file information for.
