Hi folks - got myself a new HDT101 so I could experiment with some OTA
broadcasts. My local cable is not carrying all the local HD as yet, and
others are digital but not HD, so also not carried. Figured I might have
some fun with it, and maybe even come in handy for PIP or split screen with
dual football games!! Anyway, I connected the HDT101 and went through the
'quick' setup and was able to get through the menu and scan for signals and
stuff. It found a handful of stations (but not all) and I was able to
select and view - BRIEFLY!! Within about 10 minutes of selecting a channel
it had found in the scan, I tried to page through the others just to see
them, and suddenly the picture was lost to me.

The lost signal light came up on the box, but the remote won't do anything
at all - it won't let me go to the menu, or even turn it off. I also can't
even turn it off by clicking the main power button on the HDT101 box itself.
It appears to have just plain frozen. I have a message into Motorola as
well, but wondered if anyone here had experience with this or anything
similar. Is there some way to re-initialize this whole thing and reset it,
or is it just DOA??? Thanks in advance for anyone with feedback.

Mike
