I got 64bit vista home premium like 2weeks ago and have all the updates installed, my cousin rang me up yesterday and wants to install on his pc but I was under the assumption it can only install on 1pc at a time? What would happen if he installs it? Do I lose access to updates?

He may have to call the 800 number to activate. He would have to lie and say his system is the only system the installation is being used on.

As long as your cousin tells M$ his sytem is being used solely, nothing will happen. Unless the company decides to come after you for lieing and burys both of you to make an example of guys like you nothing to worry about.
