Drivers all Erased. Big problem

Ok so i got a notification from nvidia update manager that there were new nforce drivers. so i dled and updated. i think i read the next part wrong. i believe it said something like this, "the program will now uninstall the old drivers and reboot and install the new drivers. so it uninstalled the old ones, asked to reboot and i said yes. it reboots and does not install the drivers im guessing because it goes through the windows logo screen and then the screen goes blank. i can hear the apps loading with sound though. i tried going into safe mode only to have neither my keyboard nor mouse work. i even tried the old school ps2 connections. also tried vga mode only to find out just about everything was uninstalled. idk what to do. i have so much info on my computer as well as programs that would take forever to reinstall. i need any suggestions.
