USB will not install usb flash drive and usb wireless notebook optical mouse 3000.

It sometimes finds the drivers but won't load them. The message says that I should contact the mfg..

Well I have done that and more for the past few days and here I am asking for help!

Go to the maker of your device and get the driver.

Then contact the maker for support, since their driver clearly doesnt' work.

OK... Now the story is changing...

When did you install SP1?

If it's recent, you may want to go bck to the prior image of the computer and start again:
