How to Access Host computer

Hi Friends,

My host computer installed with Windows XP Professional 32bit.
I have installed ubuntu 10.10 as virtual machine.

How can I access Host computer shared folders in Ubuntu. and how can I access Virtual machine shared folders from host computer..
