I need help writing a bat file that go to g:\files\temp4.txt and remove the 5th, 6th and 8th person in the list below who do not have an email address(evident by " " ), then put the list in a format that Outlook needs to see them in. (each email address separated only by a semicolon, no quotation marks). Can a macro in Outlook 2003 do this or would I use a bat file, then cut and paste the result into Outlook?

You want Perl, or Python, or a text processing language for that dude, not a DOS batch file.
