Would the PSU (below) provide enough power for the components listed below? Please note that this rig is NOT intended in any way, shape, or form, to be a "gaming" or even a "mid end" machine of any sort. I'm not interested in Core 2 either because it's too expensive; I'm trying to make this as cheap as possible, as well as low power and quiet. Hence, the fanless PSU.

This FSP 300W fanless PSU for the following:
250 GB Seagate
2 GB Corsair Memory
Asus M2A-VM
Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane core
Lian Li PC-7B plus II

Thanks, but I'm not looking at doing many upgrades on this machine. At most, I'd be adding in a second hard drive or maybe upgrading the processor down the road. It's mainly going to be used to host my servers (Teamspeak, apache, MySQL) and act as media server for the household, so I don't plan on getting any high end components that would require a lot of power.

Edit: Scratch that, the extra $40 might be worth it..
