advise or guide? ---- newbie

Can someone guide me on over-clocking with the components which i will be getting. Looking for OC-ing to 3.2GHz(if possible else wads the max. i can go for a stable system).

1) vcore?
2) fsb?
3) ram/ memory speed?

2. mobo - Gigabyte p965 DS3
3. RAM - Kingston DDR2 pc5300(667MHz) 1GB x 2 -----(or do i need a DDR2 800)

Also, is stock cooling possible this case?

I would upgrade the CPU cooler, or things could get very toasty. As for the overclocking, try something like 2.6-2.8 first, then work your way up.

EDIT: Missed out the 'L' in overclocking lol.
