How do I install windows 2000 and delete windows 7, and how do know that it wil

I don't like 7 and it is so slow, and i have a virus, so I just give up, I am installing windows 2000, but when I boot with the cd in, it just "loads" something, and then it just gives my a blue screen error, you know a BSOD, please help me, I am also fine with installing windows xp, which one is better. I have asked many forums, but they are all just full of mean people , and I hope this one is helpful

sorry, i forgot, will I be able to use it with internet, my computer is like 4 months old, so it has a drive.

Windows 2000 is a 13-year old operating system. It will not run on hardware which is 4 months old. You are better off sticking with 7.

If the computer blue-screens when you try and install Windows 2000 it is trying to tell you something - "I don't like this". Take heed of it.

The Stealthinator is right. You are very unlikely to find Windows 2000 drivers for such an old operating system. That doesn't mean it absolutely can't be done, but you are going to have to scour the Internet to find drivers for the chips on your motherboard and graphics card (and probably other things). If you knew how to do this you wouldn't be asking here so you should save yourself a lot of heartache and learn to love Windows 7.
