Update #1 of the UPS/PSU Hybridisation Project.

I'm going to go easy on the technical details until total completion of this project.

Phase 1: Basic PSU Design >COMPLETE
Phase 2: PSU Prototype Construction >IN PROGRESS
Phase 3: PSU Prototype Testing >IN PROGRESS
Phase 4: UPS Design + Integration >IN PROGRESS
Phase 5: Hybrid UPS/PSU Prototype Construction >IN PROGRESS
Phase 6: Hybrid Prototype Testing >IN PROGRESS

The designs are complete, and I've already built the main power rails: 12V, 5V, and 3.3V, in addition to the 13.8V step-down circuitry. It isn't on a PC yet, though. I've got it on a battery of monitoring equipment, though, and so far everything seems okay. The 'green' wire (PS-On) works as it should as well... at least off a motherboard.
