Nah, it's their non-reference ultimate series, it's always different from stock.

Previously it was just the Zalman cooler tacked on.

Interesting looking, but I'd rather get the heat out of my case than leave it in. The only reason the XT can sometimes run cooler than the GTS and GTX is because of that noisey but effective cooler. Let the heat stay in the case, and I'd not wanna see ambient temperatures. 8O

I haven't noticed the noise on mine, although, the rest of my comp is pretty loud. I personally like the audible fans because I know they are working. The 2900 XT has a really strong fan. I like it.
