My desktop with Windows Vista is about two weeks old and I noticed thatched did TaskManager has dozens of tasks running.

So would you recommend 10, 11 ,12 on this page:

Are you accusing LAP of coming in here and pimping pc pitstop?

If so then I tend to agree. It sounds a little bogus.

If not then my advice is no - don't waste your time on this crap which will make little or no difference on system speed - the fifteen minutes you spend tweaking will never come back to you in saved computing speed. Anyway indexing is a good thing - makes searching faster and for the most part runs when you are doing nothing else
