So I've searched around here and the internet for about a week and haven't found much help. I have a strange Vista sleep/hibernate mode problem. My new rig is stable, works fantastic, and boots up and shuts down fine. I run into problems when I use sleep and hibernate mode. When I try to wake the computer from sleep or hibernate, the computer goes into a 3 second reboot cycle. The only way to stop it is to hard reset. I think I have all the correct drivers and I checked the hardware. Any help would be appreciated.

I finally found some time to work on the comp and this guide helped so far. I changed the S3 power setting to S1 in the BIOS and so far everything is working fine. Thanks.
