Installing MSDN copy of Windows XP

I have a MSDN copy of Windows XP that I want to install onto two computers. I remember reading somewhere that I am able to install the same copy onto multiple computers but I'm not positive. If this is true, can I use the same product key or will that be a problem? My MSDN license is expired as well.

It will always be a problem if you attempt to use the same product key on more than one computer... it will not activate.
