More Information

I was trying to create another user in xp that I can install a program in, but I need this program to run fast, so I don't want my virus software, soundcard software, or others to load when I go to that user. But most still do and when I thought I was disabling them, It turns out I disabled them for all users. Is there a way to disable certain programs from loading, for just 1 user?
