Ubuntu install stuck

hi, i am using ubuntu from last few months. it has no major problems. the version is 10.10.
but few days ago i bought a sapphire 5570 pcie card.i install iit.and when i install xp it is ok. but when i try to install ubuntu (beside xp) it installed but when it try to restart i press restart everything go fine but after eject the cd it goes black and pc hanged. i press all key but does not work. then i press restart ubuntu opens but it does not stable. many program not runs properly.
