Realtek no sound

by mistake i changed the sample rate in the realtek audio manager. From that instant all sound from my comp stopped be it speakers or head phones... resetting the sample rate wouldn't help. Help !!! feeling terrible without any sound from my machine

Try uninstalling (making sure to delete any user preferences if setup asks you if you want to do so) then reinstalling your realtek drivers.
