Many people have a slow boot "Start-Up Time" after pushing the power button on their PC. If this is you, here is a way to correct your Problem:

1) Boot Up your PC
2) Click on Start Button Lower left corner
3) Click on "RUN" a box will pop up
4) Click inside of the box you will see your curser blinking
5) Type in msconfig and click OK
6) A window will pop up "System Configuration Utility"
7) You will see 6 Tabs at the top of window look to the upper right hand corner and click the "Start UP Tab"
8) you will see a list of programs with the a check in them. These are
all of the programs that are starting up when your computer is "Booting UP"
You don't need all of them starting up during your computer is starting.
9) You can pick and choose which one's you want to start by putting a check in the in the check box, and you can click and deselect a program that you
don't need at start up. When finished, click APPLY then OK. That's it all done. Your PC will wont to restart, click OK. When your computer Restarts it will be
faster. You will see a small box that will say "your configuration has changed", put a Check in the check box and click OK. You won't see that box again.
10) Note: You may deselect all for the fastest boot up! I only select programs
that have "TRAY" in them. Tray programs will show up next to the time clock
at the lower right of your monitor.

Remember, you don't need all of those programs loading at start up, all you have
to do to open any program is double click the "ICON" on your desktop and they will
open quickly
