InstFunc.exe - Application Error

my pc's os is corrupted so i repair my windows home edition, in the middle of the installation an error occured and it say's

"InstFunc.exe - Application Error"

The instruction at "0xef1c54e7" referenced memory at "0xef1c54e7". The memory could not be read.

Is there anyone who can help me with my problem?!?

How many times have you gotten this error? Try reseating your memory and try the repair again. If that fails run memtest to check your memory for errors.
