More Information

A friend brought me a laptop because the browser can't find any pages.

She was trying to connect via wireless to the internet and she called me to configure it because she said she couldn't connect.

I configured it and the network icon shows the wireless network as connected but if you open Internet Explorer it can't find any pages.

I installed Firefox but it does the same thing.

The error page in firefox says "Address not found"

I have tried the basic stuff but I don't know what else to do

Thanks in advance
