More Information

Whenever I try to listen to any sound in any program, it will work fine for a few minutes, then my headphones will make a very shrill buzzing noise. This will only stop if I mute the sound for the whole computer, or if I exit the program that was making the sound. Then, I can start the program back up, and sound will work until this happens again. I am using the built in speakers on my laptop, along with headphones. When I unplug the headphones, the speakers make the sound also, so its not the headphones. If anyone can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it!
