I am trying to connect my Ipaq 4150 to the internet through a bluetooth
connection to my main system.
My main system uses Windows 2000 Pro, my connection to the internet is
via a cable modem connected to the network card on my motherboard, this
uses dhcp to get it's i/p address. I have a second network card
installed to link to my local network, this has a fixed i/p address of
192.168.0.1, I also have a Belkin USB Bluetooth dongle with a fixed i/p
address of 192.168.0.3. I also have a Linux system connected to my
local network with a fixed i/p address of 192.168.0.2.
I have been able to partener the Ipaq and my system o/k, have set-up an
activesync session ok, can transfer files between the systems o/k, and
have set-up a network access connection, which says it is connected
o/k.
My problem is that i can not "see anything" on my main machine, or the
other system on the network, and am unable to connect to the internet.

Check our Bluetooth Guides
(http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=449). To use this on
Windows 2000 you must use ICS, and ICS requires a specific address on the
Bluetooth adapter to work properly.
