Help needed here.

hello everyone nice to meet u all here coz im new here. I have been add kaspersky internet security to my pc lately but I see that kaspersky internet security only shows that my pc got virus and cannot quarantine nor remove it instead it ask where do u want to save it. I'm quite confused right now since this is the first time I'm using kaspersky internet security. Please help.....
