I would like to overclock my C2D e6700/Asus Striker combo to 3.0 or 3.2 Ghz. I want to keep the stock cpu cooler as I have heard this should be no problem at this low over clock.

I have read a number of sets of directions in these forums with sometimes conflicting information. Is there a VERY SIMPLE few steps I can do to do this? If I can do it without messing with memory timings and voltages all the better. Has wusy updated a chart to include the 680i chipset?

I am also using bios 1102 (most recent).

Thank you.

Thank you on both points.

I have a print out of Wusy's guide and have read it. Am I to assume it will work with 680i chipsets also?
