More Information

Hi,
I just bought an Acer 3680
And I cannot get it connected to my wireless Zyxel router.
It is running Vista and I am a first time user with that as well.
All my other laptops just pick up the signal with no problem.
Help please, I am sending this computer off to colege with my daughter and it needs to work!
Thanks

I'd try turning off the security on the router, ran into this with a Zyxel 550, one of the wireless cards couldn't handle WPA. Also if your router has Super G mode, try turning it off. If you haven't done so, turn off all the security on the laptop.
