"Free" OC on P35. Can someone explain?

So this article:

says:
the P35 is a good chipset for building a performance system. This is particularly true if you intend to use a 1066 FSB processor with the "free" 25% overclock that is possible by just setting 1333 instead of 1066 in the motherboard BIOS.

So, I could take an e6420, set FSB to 1333, and end up with it running at 2.66GHz. (2.13 x 25% = 2.6625)

Is it really that simple?

Pretty much the truth. Though most good P965 boards hit 1333 easily. I have a "mild" OC on my E6400, only running the FSB at 1400. This equals 2.8 on the proc with an Asus P5B-E.

The P35 does look impressive though.
