Hi
Ive just built a new computer, and for some odd reason vista wont complete the install. Early on in the installation it comes up with 'windows could not reinitialise deployment engine'. Im not using a pirated copy, and have tried to install several times.
Any ideas?

Try deleting the drive, creating a new partition, and then reformatting from the utility on the DVD.

if you have 4 megs or more RAM , try installing with just 2 megs

I think you mean gigs^, but ya, if you're using more than 2 gigs, it's a common issue. Just install with 1.

You better put all your configurations here to let us help you find out why.
