I have 2 new 1TB hard drives that I am going to use in a new system for gaming and editing video with Premiere CS4 and I'm unsure about how to organize the scratch disk, page file, etc

Here is my current plan for partitions:

Drive 1: (1 TB)
Page File Partition (6 GB), Scratch Disk (How big should this be?), other Media (the rest of the drive)

Drive 2: (1 TB)
Operating System (Vista x64 or Windows 7 RC x64) and another 6 GB Page File(not sure about the size, probably at least 200 GB), other (the rest of the drive)

Is this a good idea or is there a better method that I should use? (Also where should video be captured to?)

Try not to create more than one partition per physical drive. And you should set your scratch disk to the drive where you haven't installed your OS and applications.
