Ok this is kind of odd, I bought an Expresso Latte MP3 player a while ago and when I plug it into my laptop it will charge but I can't transfer any files, the OS is Linux Mint 11, tried different cords and ports no results.
What is unusual is that my other laptop with Mint 9 recognizes it immediately and lets me transfer files etc.
Anyone have any ideas on what might be going on here?

Hi! Can you mount it manually via terminal? are you using gnome or something else? also please post output of /dev/disk/by-id (you should be able to see your device in here)
