Batch scanning and saving files and then emailing....

Hi

Anybody know sw or batch file utilities for scanning, saving to files, emailing .....
..with predifined names!
I mean I type for example: "ThisIsFilename"
I have 9 buttons: B1 .... B2 .......... B8 and FINISH button
So: On screen I have 9 buttons!
When I click on B1 then scanning begin and save file to directory "ThisIsFilename" and with name "ThisIsFilenameB1"
When I click on FINISH button all files are send to email!
....
someting like that I need!
