I have a Little Dell Optiplex GX6820 that I use to cruse the net, just reformatted last week and trying to install new updats but this is what I receive when doing so, any advice?

Is it XP PRO? Start, run, eventvwr.msc, look for any errors timed & dated around the errors you got.

Try the troubleshooter on that page.

You might need to restart pc for other updates to be installed.
