Hi

I setup a testing exchange 2K3 (SP1) for test my PPC (Window Mobile
2003)
After I install GAL in PPC and run it, it always pops up error message
[Unable to connect to mail server]

I tried to change the options such as Forms Authentication, Server name(FQDN
or IP)
All pop up same error, I tried to using different username, GPRS (service
provider), all fail :(

Any one give some idea to fix it?

Thx

David,

Have you made sure that the Outlook Mobile Access and Exchange ActiveSync
are setup and running correction on the Exchange server? When I was setting
this up in my enterprise I found the OMA was up but not the ActiveSync
component and it gave me all kinds of issues including the GAL problem you
seem to be experiencing.

Regards,
