Can someone PLEASE help me out? I'm lost!

How do I save streaming online video (from yahoo,etc) to my hard drive? Are there any free programs, open source programs, file converters or browser plugins that I can use to save the streaming video?

Hi always alone, you can always try Zamzar.com for websites like YouTube, Vimeo, etc. For services like Yahoo however, you can try downloading and using FreeMusicZilla, which downloads SWFs regardless if their audio or video.
