How to capture d-link router

my neighbour using d-link router and using wpa2 psk ccmp. but i cant capture the data. its look its not broadcasting. how to capture the data

....aaand why exactly do you need to capture your neighbor's traffic (that I'm sure you've received permission to do so from the afore-mentioned neighbor)?
