Is it bad to run for long periods at a voltage of 1.5? Also Orthos does show hardware failure on one of the cores, but the windows has never crashed. so really what does stability mean? Without orthos running in dual core mode, I don't think my system would even notice a problem?

I am using watercooling so temps even at 1.5 volts doesn't go beyond 45-50c even with orthos running at the stress cpu setting.

So is it stable? Is it not stable?

It is not stable. If you try to do something intensive like play games it will crash. Windows is not intensive whatsoever if you go into task manager the most it is probably taking is >1% average. Your windows installation will crash too sometime though. It just hasn't happened yet. At 3.4ghz and 1.45V my system will pass Orthos for over 24 hours. But as soon as I open a game like BF2 it will crash in about 20 minutes.

I think I read somewhere that for voltages it is 1.55 volt aircooling and 1.6v water cooling max. Im not sure though.
