Bluetooth adaptor acer laptop

Hello,
I am using Acer Aspire 5736Z with Ubuntu O.S. When i click prefrence>bluetooth i got error "No Blue tooth adapter present". Plz fix this problem.

First, refer to whatever user guide or manual you received with the laptop to ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the laptop.

Next, if you are still having issues using the bluetooth tools, post the output of the following commands: lspci and lsusb
