Hey fellas
I plan on reformatting my PC but i'm not sure about the OEM vista disk i bought a year ago. Will the same pc, same mobo, hd, accept the OEM disk again? i've read it can't be transferred between pc's but with a clean wipe will it be affected?

It will be fine... even if you did change some of your hardware. Worse case scenario is that you'll have to phone MS for an activation code. Just tell them it's installed only on one computer and you'll be all set.
