Can anyone point me in the direction of how to connect a GPS with an
RS232 Output to an IPAQ h4100 series Pocket PC?

TIA

not sure about the h4100's serial capabilities or it's connector, but,
if it is the same as other ipaqs, the info at
http://BevHoward.com/serial.htm#38xx along with the other general serial
info there should help.

The key piece of info to understand is that a "serial sync cable"
differs from a "serial cable" in that the sync cable is wired as a
nulmodem connection which will not work to connect a gps without using a
second nulmodem adapter.
