Hey, i was just wondering if anyone could recommend a software title to try out for a media center computer. I currently have Vista Home Premium so i've tried media Center and i've used iMON SoundGraph because it came bundled with my Chiftec HTPC Case with VFD Screen etc. So those applications work just fine but i have a few 1.5tb drives in the system and i hold many DVD Rips with the full VIDEO_TS folders etc.

Is there a program that i can use to manage these folders so that i can easily start a movie. At one point i had Windows MC to recognize and show me the lists of movies but i could only get one drive to show up. So short of spanning these drives to appear as one drive, anyone had any success with a program that they would recommend to me?

Thanks in advance.

I suggest you try either Media Browser or MyMovies2.

Both are free plugins. I started with MyMovies, but eventually I migrated to Media Browser because the interface is more customizable (and looks AWESOME when set up right).

See this forum thread for details on Media Browser:

It's very long, but it will give you some ideas of what Media Browser is capable of.
